By accessing or using SportCheck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

SportCheck provides sports betting analysis and predictions for informational purposes only. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or facilitate gambling transactions.

To use SportCheck, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is prohibited
• Not be a self-excluded problem gambler
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

SportCheck offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free tier: Limited access to basic features
• Paid tiers: Full access to AI predictions and Elite tools
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds available within 7 days if not satisfied

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

SportCheck and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses incurred based on our predictions
• Decisions made using our betting analysis tools
• Service interruptions or data inaccuracies
• Third-party sportsbook terms or actions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use SportCheck at your own risk. All predictions and analysis are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of SportCheck after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
